Special Notes
1. Addition of new rules or updates to existing PG rules will be communicated at least 30 days in advance through the WhatsApp group. These rules will be enforced, even if not listed on this form.
2. Forms for resignation, package changes, leave, or other notices must be submitted through the app. Verbal or phone communication with the manager/owner will not be considered valid.
3. Deposit refunds will be processed 30 days after the date of leaving the PG.
4. If any member wants to change their package or resign, it is mandatory to fill out the form 30 days in advance (30 days are mandatory; even if it is 29 days, the form will not be considered valid).
Rules
1. Friends who are on leave on the 15th must make the payment mandatorily. If the payment is not made, the leave will not be deducted and granted.
2. While taking admission to PG, members must pay rent and the advance deposit as per the selected package.
3. Members who change packages must stay in the room assigned by the PG.
4. When a member submits a resignation form, they must pay the rent for any extra days after the month's end, which cannot be adjusted from the deposit. (If adjusted, it will be done as per PG's charges.)
5. After submitting the resignation form, members must vacate on the date mentioned. If they stay longer, they will move to a room decided by the PG.
6. Resignation forms will not be accepted in the Diwali month. Members vacating during this month must pay the full month's rent.
7. Police verification during admission is mandatory, and members must arrange it at their own expense.
8. No refunds will be given if a member leaves due to an emergency (e.g., death or hospital cases) without submitting the resignation form.
9. If a member is away from PG for at least 7 days and up to 15 days, they will get a refund for food expenses for that period. (Refund is only for up to 15 days, even for longer leaves.)
10. Members must enter their leave details in the leave register; otherwise, no deductions will be made from the leave amount.
11. All members must pay monthly rent on the 15th or 16th and update their fingerprints in the finger lock.
12. Members with pending payments after the 16th will not be allowed entry into the PG.
13. Do not tamper with the system. The first offense will result in a ₹500 deduction from the deposit. A second offense will result in the entire deposit being deducted.
14. If someone allows entry to a member with pending payments, their deposit will be deducted by ₹500.
15. Members will receive a mattress, pillow, bed, bedsheet, and locker. All items must be returned while vacating. Charges will apply for any missing items.
16. Members must not make the room dirty or bring illegal substances.
17. Members are responsible for their valuables in PG.
18. The PG management is not responsible for any injury, damage, or other incidents inside the PG.
19. Dinner will not be provided every Sunday evening.
20. Turn off lights and fans before leaving the room. A ₹500 deduction will apply to the last person who left if left on.
21. Members must register their name in the tiffin register in the dining hall in the evening for the next morning. No tiffin will be provided if the name is not registered.
22. Do not damage PG property. Members must pay for any damages.
23. No smoking, drinking, or misconduct is allowed. If misconduct is found, ₹500 will be deducted from the deposit of all members in that room.
24. Members must not engage in financial dealings with other members. The PG management is not responsible for any such transactions.
25. I have read and understood all the above rules and will follow them, including any updates or changes.
